Tech Support Virtual Internship

GAO Tek Inc. is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Chinese-speaking students or recent graduates located in Spain to join our Tech Support team as virtual interns. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in technical support, customer service, and client communication, supporting global customers with cutting-edge technology products.

Duration: 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical assistance to customers by diagnosing issues, answering product-related questions, and guiding users. 
• Develop a strong understanding of GAO Tek’s hardware and software products to assist clients effectively. 
• Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions provided, and feedback for continuous improvement. 
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, product development) to resolve complex technical issues. 
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with product updates and new technologies. 

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. 
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required for communication with clients and partners in China.
• Knowledge of Chinese business culture and communication styles is a strong asset for this role. 
• Basic understanding of computer networks, software, and hardware troubleshooting. 
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a fully remote environment. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
